The passing of the Chips Act is stimulating heavy federal and private investments to help secure the US domestic semiconductor supply chain in the US. However, what about the rest of the microelectronics stack--namely PCB's? After all, as the founders of the Printed Circuit Board Association of America says: "Chips don't Float."
